GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Huron Behavioral Health offers a positive, flexible, team-oriented environment with competitive wages and excellent benefits. As part of this team, the IT Manager would be responsible for managing and administering the Local Area Network (LAN), e-mail system, Internet access, coordination with Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.) vendor for ongoing monitoring of E.H.R. system as well as the data management system. This position would also assume responsibility for organizing, coordinating, and implementing systems activities including documentation, communications, maintenance, security, system evaluation and back-ups to ensure that the system meets the overall needs of the agency. This includes acquisition, installation, and agency use of hardware and software as well as daily trouble shooting with end users of the system.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Management or closely related field is requested with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the field.

Outpatient/Finance Support Staff
The Outpatient/Finance Support Staff provides financial, clerical, and administrative support to the Finance Department and Outpatient Services. This position assists with Excel based financial tracking, account reconciliations, journal entries, month end close activities, accounts payable support, insurance verification, audit requests, and financial reporting.
The role also provides clerical support to the Outpatient Department, including coordinating treatment planning documentation through the EMR, preparing administrative reports, composing routine correspondence, and providing receptionist back up support as needed.
This position works collaboratively with Outpatient supervisors on departmental tasks, data collection, and MDHHS/MSHN correspondence while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant information flow across departments.

This position provides intensive, home-based therapy services to children, adolescents, and their families. The primary goals of this service program are as follows: (1) to promote healthy child and adolescent development, (2) to promote healthy family functioning, (3) to support and preserve families, (4) to unite families who have been separated, and (5) to reduce the usage of, or shorten the length of stay in, psychiatric hospitals and other substitute care settings. These services and supports are based on the principles of recovery and self-determination.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of a Masters Degree in Social Work or in a human services field. Michigan licensure appropriate to the profession is required. Must meet requirements of a QMHP/QIDP or work under the supervision of an assigned QMHP/QIDP.

- Provide individual and family therapy using evidence-based interventions

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a community outpatient mental health setting preferred
- Licensure: Current Michigan license appropriate to field of study (LMSW and CAADC strongly preferred)
